About the exhibition:
In his video installation (his first solo-exhibition), TINIAN MEDITATIONS, Konstantinos Sampanis explores the multifaceted geographical and cultural landscape of Tinos in a relentlessly meditative manner. The views over landscapes and places of creation are a sober survey of an environment shaped by time and marble sculpture, which has a centuries-long tradition. Konstantinos Sampanis is a film director and multimedia artist, currently based with his studio in Cologne.
